REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPATION
To register participation in the exhibition it is necessary to send to the organizer “the Participation contract” and “the Appendixes ¹1, ¹2 to the Participation contract” authenticated by signature and the seal until May 30 2013. In case of pay failure for the stated exhibition area one month before the exhibition opening date, providing of the exhibition areas is not guaranteed.

Construction of stands
Construction of stands is carried out from the system exhibition equipment OCTANORM.
The cost of 1 ì2 complex construction (assembling - dismantling of wall constructions, wall panels, stands, connecting passes, floor cover, frieze panel – without note).
Minimal ordered area of a pavilion stand is 6 m2 When ordering the stand installation it is required to present the stand plan with the electric equipment scheme, water supply, range of furniture and other equipment. The frieze inscription is being performed with the standard print, otherwise the pattern of the print should be applied together with the color reference, type of the print and the firm logo.
